World Impact Prize 2015-2016 Nominations now Open
Icsid has launched the third cycle of the World Design Impact Prize and for the first time is welcoming nominations directly from the public. Nominations for the Prize, which celebrates, recognises and encourages industrial design driven projects that support Icsid's vision to create a better world through design, will be accepted via worlddesignimpact.org from 12 May to 29 July 2015.
SAB Foundation Social Innovation Awards 2015
SAB Foundation Social Innovation Awards 2015 is open for entry. Applications will be accepted from any innovation that demonstrates both a viable business model and an improvement to the quality of life of low income groups, particularly women and youth, those living in rural areas and people with disabilities. She Leads Africa Entrepreneur showcase
She Leads Africa has announced the launch of its 2015 entrepreneur showcase, where it spotlights the most talented female entrepreneurs in Africa and in the diaspora. The entrepreneur showcase is a platform for all female entrepreneurs who are looking to grow and scale their businesses across Africa. The pitch competition will see participants compete for $15,000 in cash prizes, media features in international news outlets, and exclusive meetings with top entrepreneurs and business people.
