Most of us want to live fun, extraordinary, adventurous and inspiring lives but often lack the drive, passion and know how to make it happen.

Here are 5 quick easy steps to get you going and get your mojo into top gear:

1. GET CLARITY

If you don’t know what you want, how are you going to get it? Most of us know what we don’t want, but lack the clarity of what we really do want; so get clear. What would the ideal lifestyle look like for you? Write it down; your health, your body, your finances, your relationships, your social life, the car you want to drive, the home you want to live in, the whole nine yards. There are no guarantees that you’ll get all these things, however not having clarity and purpose definitely guarantees you won’t get them. So what do you have to lose, go for it, take 5 minutes and DO IT NOW.

2. WEED OUT THE NEGATIVES

Your mind is like a garden of rich fertile soil, any seed you sow will grow, the soil doesn’t care what seeds you plant it will produce whatever you ask it to. The exact same principle applies to your mind. Your mind doesn’t care what thoughts you think, it will produce whatever you focus on. So become conscious of what and how you think, focus on gratitude and abundance and how blessed and fortunate you are. Most importantly be sure to weed out any negative thoughts that you’ve allowed to dwell in this rich fertile soil of the mind.

3. STOP MAKING EXCUSES

It’s much easier and way more comfortable to be a Victim than a Victor and you’ll have heaps of friends moaning and groaning with you about how bad things are. Your real friends are the ones who snap you out of it and don’t allow you to play small anymore. The ABC of the Victim focuses on Accusation Blame and Complaint and there’ll always be someone or some situation to blame for your circumstances, and while in many cases it may even be true, it’s weak, powerless and pointless to focus on it. Whatever happened, happened and it’s done, gone, finished, in the past, let it go.

4. TAKE CONTROL

Contrary to popular belief most of us aren’t really in control of our lives, we’re controlled by external circumstances. Other people know just what to say and do to put you in a bad mood. Well no-one can put you in a bad mood if you don’t want to go there. While we can’t always choose what’s going happen to us we can always choose how we respond. Herein lays the key to your success. Consciously choose your response to circumstances, good and bad things happen to everyone. It’s easy to be positive when things are going well, when it counts most is to be positive when you’re challenged.

5. MAKE IT HAPPEN

Every morning you open your eyes, you wake up the power to think whatever thought you choose. Nobody tells you what to think and your thoughts are powerful forces which create your reality, so consciously choose your thoughts from the moment you wake up.

“It’s going be a great day today”,

“I’m going to have an awesome and outstanding day”,

“I am always in the right place at the right time”,

“I am brilliant, I am bright,  I am an outstanding peak performer! I am a dynamic life transformer.”

I invite you to say these 4 affirmations for 5 minutes in the morning while you’re getting dressed, say them with passion and feeling everyday and watch your life change!
